Q) How long before my order ships?

A) Due to the custom nature of our items, shipping can take 5-10 business days.

Q) How long does shipping take?

A) Most domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class, which typically takes 3-5 days to arrive once we hand it off to USPS. International orders sent through USPS First Class can take 1-2 (or more) weeks to arrive. Some faster options may be available, but they tend to be very expensive.

Q) How much will shipping cost?

A) Shipping to the US is a flat $5.00 for orders under 1lb. Orders over 1lb will be shipped via Priority Mail for a flat $10.00. Unfortunately, international shipping is very expensive- it starts at $18.00 for orders up to 8oz, and packages over 8oz start at roughly $28.

Q) How will my order be packed?

A) Items are bagged in small ziploc bags. Most orders are placed in a small bubble mailer, but large or delicate orders may be sent in a box.
